State Field Manager

About the role:

We are working in partnership with a Global Client to provide an engaging team of Brand Ambassadors across key retail stores.

We are on the lookout for a natural leaderwith a passion for retail and sales to join our team as our State Field Manager.

Based in Sydney, your time will be shared between our picturesque harbourside Sydney office and on the road, coaching and training our field team across Sydney with occasional travel to the Central Coast and Canberra. You will be responsible for driving sales and growth within your state.

This is a full-time role with room to negotiate your set days. However, as our field team shifts fall over the weekend, it is a requirement that at least 1 working day per week must fall on a Saturday or Sunday.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Set goals and develop data driven strategies to deliver accelerated sales performance.
  • Analyse sales and performance data to develop and implement coaching plans to our field team.
  • Drive team engagement and develop team initiatives.
  • Recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of our field team.
  • Rostering and planning of the field team to achieve optimal shift coverage in conjunction with the National Program Manager and Client.
  • Lead planning and debrief sessions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Main point of contact for the field team.

About you:

  • You are passionate about sales, and your results show it!
  • Exceptionally organised, driven and take initiative.
  • Natural leader with experience managing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven ability to deliver constructive feedback that fosters team engagement and productivity.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly within PowerPoint and Excel. You must have, at a minimum, basic knowledge of lookup’s, pivot tables and data cleansing.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
